Established in 2011 and based in Devon we are a fully digitised bookkeeping practice providing financial management services to businesses in London and the South West of England.
We work with everyone from fintech to creatives, construction and hospitality businesses and we use the most up to date digital technology to do it all remotely, making the administration and financial management of your business more efficient and cost effective. In the days of Making Tax Digital when most businesses have to submit quarterly VAT returns digitally to HMRC it makes sense to utilise some of the amazing technological innovation it has given rise to and ensure that your business accounts are as up to date as they can be.
Think how useful it would be to be able to see, in real time, whether your business is making a profit, who has paid you and who hasn't. Nobody enjoys paying tax but, honestly, digital bookkeeping is the most exciting thing to happen to our industry since the invention of the calculator.

We offer our bookkeeping clients a reliable monthly payroll service, including set up and administration of the their Auto Enrolment pension scheme and CIS facilities, at very reasonable rates.
Accounts
If your bookkeeping is being kept up to date regularly your annual accounts should just 'pop out' of that process at the year end.
That's why we're able to offer a very reasonably priced annual accounts production service. We've done your bookkeeping so we know that the data is sound and there won't be any nasty surprises 9 months after your year end because we will have been keeping you informed of your financial position at regular intervals throughout the year.
Company Secretarial
This is a vital but often undervalued part of managing any small business. We use a number of online tools to make sure that you are always up to date and compliant.

Our environment is hugely important to us, both our immediate working environment and of course the global environment and the huge challenges we all face because of climate change.
At the beginning of 2019 we made a solid commitment to being an environmentally sustainable business. Now thanks to the lovely people at Exeter Solar Ltd, the office is 100% solar powered and what we don’t use is stored or exported to the grid.

How We Work
We are a digital practice which means that our clients are willing to use secure cloud based software to enable offsite support.
We prefer to work with businesses who have a minimum quarterly bookkeeping provision. This means that at least once a quarter we will update your accounts.
Our services are charged on a fixed monthly fee basis (no nasty surprises), based on an individual assessment of your requirements and including the cost of the software tools we use.
